EXL is looking for a Payment Integrity Audit Coordinator to work 100% remotely from home! EXL was founded on the core values of innovation, collaboration, excellence, integrity, and respect.

In this role you will collaborate with a diverse group of Payment Integrity Audit Program leaders, and our operational team members to assist in the day-to-day operations to ensure timely completion of the audit process from selection to recovery. The successful candidate will be passionate, quality focused and have background in customer service.
The Audit Coordinator will assist the Leadership Team on day-to-day inventory management functions. The Audit Coordinator is responsible for reviewing large data files for applicable documentation needed to conduct audits as well as conduct provider outreach to obtain audit documentations.

Audit Coordinator I – Healthcare Responsibilities:

• Review large data files for required documentation.
• Ability to covert data files into a single PDF
• Make outbound calls to Providers to verify address, contact information and confirm receipt of EXL Requested letters.
• Make outbound calls to Providers to verify receipt of record requests or audit results.
• Monitor and respond to email correspondence, both internal and external
• Ensure all notes are documented in the applicable audit program systems.
• Capable of building and maintaining strong interdepartmental working relationships
• Escalate issues to management and handle follow up action as needed.
• Become familiar with client reports and internal reports and assist in their preparation.
• Provide back-up assistance to other Audit Coordinators as needed.
• Work with internal departments to resolve issues.
• Comply with HIPAA and other regulations regarding confidentiality of information.
• Other duties as assigned to support the audit process and/ or company-wide programs.

Audit Coordinator I Healthcare Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Prior Healthcare experience a plus
• Highly organized, detailed oriented and solid problem- solving skills.

Audit Coordinator I Healthcare Skills:

• Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and Adobe
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to do multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.

Base Salary Range Disclaimer: The base salary range represents the low and high end of the EXL base salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to: location and experience.
