Your day to day
As our Bartender, you will provide an outstanding level of service to all guests using your enthusiasm and confidence to deliver a guest experience that is unique and brings the brand to life. Your passion for cocktails will bring to life the service of the bar. You will also be responsible for the preparation and delivery of all cocktails and drinks for the restaurant and bar.
Hence, our next Bartender will also be responsible for:
- A through working knowledge of all cocktails, wines, beers, spirits and food items within the restaurant and bar
- Maximise sales by upselling and making informed recommendations to guests
- To ensure that the bar is set up for every service and adequate levels of mise en place is available throughout the delivery as advised by the bar management team as well as service stations if are fully stocked and set up to standard
Responsibities of Bartender
To be successful in this role, you will have a sound cocktail working knowledge and skillset and be passionate about all things concerning wines, spirits and liquors, with previous experience in a 5 start luxury establishment desirable. You’ll be a motivated, positive person with excellent interpersonal skills. You’ll have a current Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate and availability to work across a seven day rotating roster. You will be able to follow safe work practices and know how to carry out duties in a quick and efficient manner, while using your passion for delivering excellent customer service to provide a memorable guest experience.
