No previous care experience is required for this role, field and in house training is provided (you will be paid for your time). A valid driving license and car is required for this role. About Care Worker
A care worker is a person who helps and supports someone who are unable to take care of themselves completely for a variety of reasons, including age, disease, disability, or injury. Those who are trained to provide care services can be professionals, friends, or family members. Their duties frequently cover a broad range of duties, including as offering companionship and emotional support in addition to assisting with everyday tasks like feeding, dressing, washing, and giving medicine.
In addition, care worker can help with transportation, housework, and scheduling doctor’s visits. A care worker must possess compassion, endurance, and adaptability to effectively manage the difficulties and intricacies of providing care for others. Though it can be emotionally and physically taxing, improving the lives of people they look after can be very fulfilling.
Responsibilities of Care Worker
- Helping with personal care, such as eating, dressing, grooming, and using the restroom.
- According to a doctor’s recommended treatment plan, which can involve giving medication and helping with exercise.
- Ensuring that safety precautions are taken and that the client’s home is arranged to meet their needs.
- It can also be asked of you to help with some minor housekeeping.
- Supplying motivation and emotional support to carry the required duties.
- It could be necessary to give the client mobility aid, such as assistance getting in and out of bed, a chair, or a wheelchair.
- Escorting or driving the patient to appointments, including doctor’s visits.
- Keeping an eye on and reporting modifications to needs, behavior, and health.
Requirements of CareWorker
- You must have a high school diploma.
- Getting more education could be advantageous.
- It can be required to have CPR training and job experience.
- Having a driver’s license could be highly desirable.
- A courteous and professional demeanor.
- A readiness to work shifts at night and other flexible hours.
We are looking for a responsible and perceptive caregiver to work with our team in giving our customers the best care possible. Together with clients, the caregiver will create and adhere to a daily care plan. They will also adjust plans in accordance with medical advice and report any emerging conditions or needs.
Being a caregiver requires a lot of people skills, empathy, and patience. Making your client feel safe and at ease should be your first priority, therefore pay attention to details.

Pay rates:
- Weekday – £12.00 per hour
- Weekend – £13.60 per hour
- Every weekend – £16.00 per hour
- Double pay for bank holidays
