Crew Member Responsibility
- Greet visitors, take orders, and respond to questions and concerns to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Food and drink should be prepared and served in accordance with client preferences and business requirements.
- Maintain the dining areas’ cleanliness and arrangement, paying special attention to the condiment stations, tables, and seats.
- Keep an eye on inventory levels and replenish supplies as necessary to guarantee continuous operation.
- Handle transactions accurately, including processing payments and giving change, while operating cash registers.
- Observe food safety and hygiene guidelines; this includes handling food appropriately, cleaning techniques, and personal hygiene.
- Work together with other team members to make sure everything runs well during busy times and special occasions.
- Help with duties related to food preparation, such as chopping vegetables, putting materials together, and cooking dishes.
- Respect the policies and procedures of the firm, especially those pertaining to security, safety, and customer service.
- To coordinate work and resolve any problems or complaints, have efficient communication with coworkers and superiors.
- Keep a cheerful disposition and a polished manner to help make your guests’ eating experience warm and pleasurable.
