Crew Member Responsibility

• Greet visitors, take orders, and respond to questions and concerns to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Food and drink should be prepared and served in accordance with client preferences and business requirements.
• Maintain the dining areas’ cleanliness and arrangement, paying special attention to the condiment stations, tables, and seats.
• Keep an eye on inventory levels and replenish supplies as necessary to guarantee continuous operation.
• Handle transactions accurately, including processing payments and giving change, while operating cash registers.
• Observe food safety and hygiene guidelines; this includes handling food appropriately, cleaning techniques, and personal hygiene.
• Work together with other team members to make sure everything runs well during busy times and special occasions.
• Help with duties related to food preparation, such as chopping vegetables, putting materials together, and cooking dishes.
• Respect the policies and procedures of the firm, especially those pertaining to security, safety, and customer service.
• To coordinate work and resolve any problems or complaints, have efficient communication with coworkers and superiors.
• Keep a cheerful disposition and a polished manner to help make your guests’ eating experience warm and pleasurable.
