Operations Executive

EXL is looking for a Subrogation Support Specialist. This is a Remote Full-time opportunity!
This position requires the Subrogation Support Specialist to assist Subrogation Specialists with data entry and finance tasks as needed on a full-time basis.
Responsibilities include Pulling Inquires from client specific data bases, printing docs received into PDF format to be linked to cases, review and verify HIPPA, sending inquiry information to IT for case creation as well as assigning the file to the proper subrogation specialist in accordance with EXL’s Subrogation Policies and Procedures.

Complying with HIPAA regulations as well as EXL’s HIPAA and Information Security policies and procedures, including required training and incident reporting.
Assisting finance team with processing checks within proprietary software.
Review of incoming checks in a virtual environment and properly noting files. Operations Executive Subrogation Specialist
Communication with finance on any check approvals.

• Work from client site to assist in opening new cases for EXL.
• Data Entry
• Linking Documents to files
• Monitoring the case type to assign to proper representative.
• Review and understanding of incoming funds and the process of applying funds to a case.
• Understanding of proprietary closing codes.

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, internet research skills.
• Organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High School or equivalent education level requires (Associates degree preferred)
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Attention to detail.

Experience of Operations Executive Subrogation Specialist

Subrogation: 1 year (Preferred but not required)
Intermediate computer knowledge
Basic understanding of accounts receivable.
